Section 115BBH: tax on virtual digital assets
- Income from transferring a virtual digital asset (VDA), which includes crypto and NFTs, is taxed at 30%.
- No deduction is allowed except the cost of acquisition.
- A VDA loss cannot be set off against any other income and cannot be carried forward.
